Dear Aunt Violet
Mars Les is spending the Christma
s and I thought I would meet with
no better opportunity our baby is
very fine looking I know there is
no babies down there as prettr
Miss Son is as good and nice as ever
we have had a big meeting going on
I carried the baby four days and she
bahaved as well as the grown folks
Mars Dick has joined the Church
and I think he has improved. I ten
ded the the Babtizing both times
Miss Anna was so rejoiced that she
undertook to make a spunge cake
and ruined it there is a great
deal of marriing going on and Miss
Anna says she would have no
objection of me marring too Miss An
na give us all a present you ought
to been here at the fair they were
more pretty horses shewn than
you ever saw I was very much
pleased to hear from you. I mu
st bring it to a close.
